All our products are made to order, so please ensure that you provide us with the correct measurements/order detail, and in the case of personalised items, the correct text. Our Terms
- In the case of a manufacturer defect, we will provide a replacement product or credit to be used for a different purchase.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- We unfortunately cannot accept returns where incorrect information has been provided to us. We will, however, assist with adjustments where possible if you return the item to us. You will be charged for return shipping.
- Sale items cannot be returned.
- Merchandise must be in its original condition and packaging
- Please allow 3-5 business days for processing your request for return.
